What methods of payment do you accept? OverStockBid.Com and our affiliated sites accept Paypal , Mastercard, Visa, and Discover credit and debit cards. We also accept prepaid orders by wire transfer, cashier's check, or money orders drawn on a U.S. bank and payable in U.S. currency. We do accept business, personal checks and electronic checks, but be aware that paying with these methods can delay your order up to 14 days because these funds will need to clear our account after they clear your account. All products being shipped outside of the USA and Canada or over $4000 must be paid by wire transfer.
2.What licenses and permits do I need to provide to buy wholesale from you?
Each city and state has its own requirements for doing business. As long as you fulfill your local requirements, you can purchase from OverStockBid.Com or one of our affiliated sites.
4. Sales Tax
We are based in New York State so currently only purchases being shipped to NY will be accesed sales tax.You may file a Sales Tax resale certifiate if you live in NYS.
3. Shipping
All Orders are shipped within 48 business of receiving cleared payment.OverStockBid.Com ship all orders UPS and provides tracking number so you may track your shipment online at ups.com.We charge only exact shipping and insurance from posted UPS rates.We only ship to North America.
5.What is a Shelf Pull
Shelf Pulls were previously available for sale in a retail environment but were never sold. They usually possess one or more price tags and/or stickers, indicating markdowns and have been exposed to customer contact. Shelf Pulls may be wrinkled from shipping however they are folded neatly before they leave our warehouse.
Two examples of Large Retailers who carry graded Shelf Pulls are Marshalls and TJ Max.
